4. Email and Social Media Integrations
By connecting your email or social media accounts to Olurai, you grant us permission to:

Read and write emails specifically for the purpose of your outreach campaigns.

Monitor “Warm” interactions to trigger the 6-month follow-up pipeline.

Sync social media engagement to provide a unified view of your creator relationships.

Note: You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Olurai dashboard or your provider’s security settings.
5. Data Retention and Deletion

Active Leads: Data is stored as long as your account is active to maintain your pipeline.

The 6-Month Rule: Leads categorized as “Warm” are retained in a specific high-security segment of our database to trigger the 6-month re-engagement cycle.

Right to Erasure: Users and creators may request total deletion of their data from our system by contacting hello@olurai.io
